This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is F5N0CC0069AG02. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05, DPN 20190430, AFAC 2019-1001 Revision 1. This acquisition is conducted as a 100% small business set aside. This requirement will be fulfilled using the Simplified Acquisition procedures, FAR Part 13. Description of Requirement: The government anticipates awarding one single Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, devices, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, permits, notifications, and all miscellaneous requirements to purchase Benson Medical Instruments (Brand name or Equal) Audiometers and acoustic simulator.
