The BOS Services contract includes training for Niagara ARS Reservists. Period of Performance is 1 Dec 2019 - 30 Nov 2020. This action will be sole source to Pegasus Support Services, LLC. PSS has the unique operational knowledge of the services required to support the base to prevent a lapse of service.
