Under this contract the 434TH Mission Support Group Civil Engineers (434 MSG/CE) will use the Design- Build process to design and construct project CTGB162028, CONSTRUCT CES STORAGE BLDG AND YARD, FAC 650 at GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, INDIANA. The Contractor is the Architect- Engineer of Record for any changes to the existing design, and shall continue development and refinement of plans and specifications provided by the Air Force in the form of site plans, diagrams, schematics and generic specifications. The contractor is to provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, personnel, and transportation necessary to accomplish work listed below. Performance shall be in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings. The acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5M. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000- $500,000. The period of performance will be 180 days. All responsible bidders must be registered in SAM.gov to be considered for award. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) on or about MAY 28, 2019; and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring the FBO site for the: solicitation package, pertinent information and downloads. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
