Project Title: FY25 - Roof & Gutter Repair, Bldg. 563, Fitness Center Project Location: Grissom ARB, IN This requirement is to repair/replace both the roofing and guttering on the Installation Fitness Center- Bldg. 563, Lower Roof. This will include demolishing the current built up roofing and insulation, protecting the existing metal roofs from damage, removing abandoned electric penetration, hauling all materials off-site, and repairing/replacing both the roofing and guttering. This requirement is to improve the existing conditions of the roofing and guttering for the Fitness Center. These improvements are vital to maintain safety, environmental, and structural integrity of the building. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 238160. Range of Magnitude: between $100,000 - $250,000 20% Bid Guarantee is Required with Proposal in Contract Volume Offerors must comply with DFARS 252.204-7019, 252.204-7020, including providing a valid NIST 800-171 self-assessment score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Failure to comply may result in disqualification. SITE VISIT is scheduled for 16 April 2025 at 1000 hrs. Offerors that wish to attend need to complete the steps below and have the QR code provided submitted back to Jason.Hahn.4@us.af.mil no later than 10 April 2025 for processing. Attendance is highly encouraged to help ensure the most accurate and complete proposals. The Visitor Center has implemented an updated process for getting individuals cleared for base visits. The access form can be completed by the individual on their own device or at a kiosk in our office. 2.
