The government is seeking contractors that can provide Medical Physical examination services for the U.S. Air Force Reserve at Grissom ARB, IN. This procurement will be conducted as full and open procurement with a NAICS Code of 621111 Offices of Physicians, with a small business size standard of $11.0M. All responsible offerors are responsible for monitoring the Beta.Sam.gov site for the solicitation and other pertinent information and downloading their own copies. The solicitation will be posted on December 28th 2020. Contractors is to provide all labor, facilities, and material, equipment, labs and necessary medical testing and supervision to perform examinations for civilian applicants/employees, to include but not limited to: Pre-employment physicals, Fitness-for-duty physicals, Occupational and occupational annual exams, Post-exposure evaluations, Employment termination physicals, Overseas employment physicals, and vision and hearing exams as specified on Standard Form 78, Certificate of Medical Examination or other designated forms.
