Air Force Reserve Command has a requirement to provide an automated clothing obligation transaction creation system solution up to a maximum of 65 AFRC units. Defense and Accounting Service (DFAS) requires a separate obligation file for each Air Force Reserve Command air base. Obligation transaction records in the format prescribed by DFAS, containing the document number and other data fields that identify the account in which the obligation is to be created. PCM Management has in place an automated system (“Software”), licensed to the Air National Guard, and operated by the Kentucky Logistics Operations Center (KYLOC) that will create obligation transaction records for the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) subordinate units/bases and transmits them to DFAS on a monthly basis.
