This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F5A6CE0237AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020- 08; Effective 08-13-2020, DFARS current to DPN 20171228 and AFAC 2017-1003. ***Notice of Amendment 1*** As of 14 September, Amendment 1 is issued to answer questions submitted by potential vendors.
