The purpose behind this service requirement is to obtain national and regional pay and benefit data from locations across Norway within specified grades and ranges of jobs. For the report, the data is to be provided for survey jobs listed within a required format. The consulting company selected to performing the survey is also to provide insight on the mechanics of salary increases of the Norwegian central government employees. ***For more details, please see attached Requirement Statement and attachments.*** AMENDMENT 1 - Change to Requirement Statement - Paragraph 2, Changed to remove highlighted and underlined text below: Data Report. The data report shall include information referring to the column heading in provided in attachment 1 utilizing Microsoft Excel. Each line item shall consist of pay data reported by a single company. Required benchmark jobs in the respective job category are listed in attachment 2. The report shall be based on prevailing rates from locations across Norway and on the local Stavanger area for regional pay data. The Stavanger area commonly also referred to as “Nord-Jæren”, includes the four following municipalities; Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola and Randaberg. The report shall be based on base hourly salary rates: Cash amounts paid for work performed as stated in the key job descriptions, excluding premiums and supplements. The basic salary data reported shall not include any elements of seniority (service time); compensation for seniority shall be identified separately (see 2.11 and attachment 1).
