This is a sources sought to identify vendors capabe of providing a concert hall in Washington D.C. for the AF Band Holiday Shows in December 2022. Venue is needed for a series of concerts from December 9-11 and able to accomodate the following tentative schedule: Monday 12/5/22: Full Production Load In Tuesday 12/6/22: Load In continues Wednesday 12/7/22: Lighting focus/video load in / PM Dress Rehearsal Thursday 12/8/22: Rehearsals/video and camera rehearsal Friday 12/9/22: Student matinee (AM); filming session (PM) Saturday 12/10/22: Shows at 3pm and 7pm Sunday 12/11/22: Show at 3pm/load out (approx 11pm end of day) Venue capacity is required to be no less than 3,696 and have the primary purpose of hosting professional musical/teatrical performances. Venue mush have a stage size of approximately 50'x50', and pofessional lighting, stagings, and productions capability to support audio and video recording.
