This is a sources sought to identify vendors capable of providing a venue for an AF Band concert to be held in tthe downtown Seattle or Tacoma, Washington state on October 20, 2022. . Below are the salient characteristics of the required concert hall: Available for rehearsal and live performance on October 20th, 2022 Audience capacity of at least 900 people Stage size of at least 50’ wide and 50’ deep in addition to wing space on both stage left and right A professional concert grand piano, tuned within 24 hours of performance Three 4’x8’ risers Performance lighting system capable of lighting the entire stage area in addition to the house. A minimum of 2 chorus style dressing rooms and 2 “star” dressing rooms Stage drapery to include borders and All required house labor for rehearsal and live performance Free on-site parking for all audience members and four Air Force tour buses Stage level loading dock at standard truck height to accommodate two (2) 53’ tractor trailers 3 phase 200 amp electrical disconnect located within 100’ of Stage left or right wing If capable of providing a venue on the date needed with the required characterisitcs please contact diane.feguer@us.af.mil with a capability statement /contractor information.
