This notice is for a proposed contract, IAW FAR 5.201(b)(1)(i), for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, IAW 10 U.S.C. 3572, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The Air Force intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to DS Government Solutions Corp.
