Contractor is fully liable for any damages that occur to the facility and surrounding grounds during the delivery, installation and disposal services. Any damages will be recorded and reported. b. During the moving in, assembly, placement of items and removal of shipping materials, be careful attention must be shown not to destroy or damage the items, its components of or lose smaller parts and hardware required for reassembly. 3.
