The United States Air Force intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Esteco North America, Inc. for a subscription to Esteco and Volta Tokens, with a planned award date on or about February 4, 2026. The period of performance will be 365 days after receipt of order. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal solicitation, the Government will consider capability statements from other sources received within 5 days of the notice's issuance for the purpose of potentially conducting a future competitive procurement. All responses must be unclassified, limited to 10 pages, and must address how the respondent's product meets the required characteristics.
