COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION GENERAL STATEMENT: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the Air Force Research Laboratory/PZLET, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to TransMagic, Inc, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) (only one source reasonably available).
