This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02 and DFARS DPN 20190531. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; quotes are being requested in response to this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) F4D3E39060A001 (FA461019QA006). North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 315990 and Size Standard of 500 employees apply to this procurement. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with the CLIN structure as reflected in the SF 1449 RFQ (RFQ Template FA461019QA0060001 (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). Quotes shall be valid through 9/30/2019. Quotes shall conform to the CLIN Structure as established in the attached RFQ Template FA461019QA0060001. Quotes shall be valid through 9/30/2019.
