Vandenberg Air Force Base anticipates a requirement that is being considered under a small business set-aside program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 541620 . The size standard for NAICS is $15 Million. The requirement is to provide: The 30th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) requires Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS) for Parcels 2A & 2B at SLC-8 in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-7066 Environmental Baseline Surveys. The EBS is to evaluate the physical and environmental condition of the property to establish baseline data to fulfill the transfer of property. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement.
