Synopsis: This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to SECURITY INFORMATION SYSTEMS, INC. The requirement is for proprietary support and software services from Security Information Systems Inc. (SIS) which includes Alarm Center UL Enterprise systems upgrade (Technical Refresh) with software and training services. Service shall also include the replacement/upgrade of the existing Alarm Center UL Enterprise systems with new software and services. Contractor shall provide data transfer of all existing historical data bases utilizing Alarm Center Sync Agent Module. All services will be performed at Vandenberg AFB, California. The proposed contract action is for System Support and Maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No compatibles or substitutes accepted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
