Means Company, LLC. The requirement is for proprietary software licensing from the Gordian Group. The 2019 network agreement with 30th Civil Engineering Squadron provides CostWorks licenses to Vandenberg AFB, California. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No compatibles or substitutes accepted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Firms are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (https://dev.sam.gov/portal/SAM/) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) (https://wawf.eb.mil/) prior to award of any contract or agreements.
