Seeking sources regarding the design, build and installation of Pharmacy Casework Modular Furniture to fit and conform with current automation systems. Understand Vance AFB Pharmacy mission, processes and process flow to design, manufacture and install new casework to ensure an optimized and efficient operation. Design to be specific to to the space (walls, windows, flooring). Design to be specific to the equipment and systems. Design measurements to take place outside of Pharmacy duty hours. Design and casework must fit into the existing footprint, utilize existing utilities and account for existing equipment/systems, without interfering with ceiling infrastructure. Product to be an interchangeable modular set up with a 10 year desired warranty. Shall accomodate the staffing levels and overall workflow of the current automation dispensing systems. System shall be interchangeable to accomodate future system additions. Casework must contribute to LEED points. Shall have accessible back panels and meet emergency power requirements. Material specifications shall align with the DHA standard SEFA-8M guidelines. Installation to to be completed in full by the vendor. All pckaging and waste materials to be removed from site by the vendor. Inspection by the government not to take place until full installation and waste removal is complete.
