The requirement is to provide two precision prototyping Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) additive manufacturing machines (3D Printers) one with minimum print volume of (14”x10”x14”) and one with minimum print volume of (10”x10”x10”). Salient Characteristics: At a minimum, the new additive manufacturing machines must: - Print multiple materials to include PLA, ABS, ASA, TPU, and support material - Include any required components for printing PLA, ABS, ASA, TPU, and support material - Have a minimum of two print heads. One for model material and one for support material - Have a heated print bed and/or heated printing chamber - Utilize a support material compatible with P400-Soluble Concentrate - Have a minimum accuracy of +/- .01 inch - Operate on a 110v/15A circuit - Compatible with Windows 10/11 - Wired or wireless communication for sending print files from PC to machine - Include installation and training.
