The 325th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified vendors to fulfill arequirement for eighty (40) EA Fluid Coupling Assembly, P/N: 52-D-6012-2 or AD-2331337-2; NSN: 3010-01-283-5734, IAW the List of Materials (LOM). Each assembly must meet the following specifications: FLUID COUPLING ASSEMBLY - National Stock Number (NSN): 3030-01-283-5743; Part Number (P/N): 52-D-6012-2 or AD-2331337-2 (40 each) The contractor shall furnish all required parts, equipment, material, freight, and labor to provide thefollowing items in accordance with all applicable codes, specifications, and industry/federal standards to CEMIRT,AFCEC/COMX at Tyndall AFB, Florida.The detailed work required is to provide new fluid coupling assemblies for the BAK-12 arrestingsystem. Each assembly must meet the specifications and notes within the following (attached) drawing and will notinclude any refurbished fluid coupling assembly parts. Any company/product provider that is chosen must be First Article Testing (FAT) approved. Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than 1:00 P.M. CST, December 13, 2023. Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov.
