Please see the ammended product list under attachments. The solicitation number is FA481925Q0049. This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332216, and a Product Service Code (PSC) 5180. The 2025 Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees. Offers (Quotes) received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2(a) using the following factor(s) to determine best value: a. Technical capability of the item/service offered to meet the Government requirement; and b. Price (evaluation of price shall be the sum of all line items, including options if applicable). The Contractor shall provide the Snap-On tools on the product list provided in the attachments. Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than 9:00 A.M.. CST, September 5, 2025. Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov.
