The project intent is to repair and recertify the TCV back to operating conditions based on Contractors repair assessment of TCV 42-GT-SCS Hurricane Damage Repairs. TCV 42-GT-SCS Hurricane Damage Repairs Complete disassembly of unit. Full sandblast and repainting of Total Containment Vessel with automotive quality paint. Repair and lubrication of threaded shaft collar and protective boot, yoke, door and vessel flanges. Complete replacement of hydraulic system. Replace CBRN sampling system and provide new sample bottle. Replace Honda EB6500 Generator. Repair door cylinder w/ Lock-Out Block. Installation of new manual operation shaft nut. Replacement of threaded shaft boots. Installation of new electrical pass through. Installation of new Conax glands. Replacement of bottom port base. Replace port caps. Provide new vented port caps for operation in vented mode. Repair damage to o-ring grooves. Replace electrical button pendant. Replace drive chain and tensioning system. Repair of trailer; replace breakaway system, replace wheel brakes, replace jack legs, replace safety chains, replace exterior lighting, replace ground reel, replace tires. Pressure wash and clean trailer prior to re-integration of Total Containment Vessel. Replace TCV and trailer covering. Replacement of TCV consumables and tools. Perform NDT weld testing on Total Containment Vessel critical welds. Reassemble unit. Integrate repaired unit and repaired trailer. Perform Blast Test with live explosives
