The 325th Contracting Squadron (325 CONS) at Tyndall AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable. This Sources Sought is for Mold Remediation located on Tyndall AFB, FL. Key features to this requirement include but are not limited to ensuring that the mold is environmentally remediated by sanitizing all surfaces and discarding small articles with a relatively low cost to replace. Anyone working on this contract will be required to wear appropraite personnal protective equipment and will need to be able to gain temporary base access. For the safety of all personel, working outside of the normal duty day (0700 - 1530 hours) may be required. This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System is 562910. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 P.M. local time on 11 Nov 2022. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. It is requested that interested small businesses submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages in length, single-spaced, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform Emergency Response Services. This documentation shall address, as a minimum, the following: 1. Company information: Company name; address, point of contact information to include: name, email address and telephone number. 2. Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 562910. 3. The socioeconomic status of the company. 4. A list of similar contracts (not to exceed 3) your company currently holds or has completed within the last three years. The list of contracts should be relevant to Mold Remediation Services, should include the location, contract number, description, estimated yearly value, performance dates, and Government point(s) of contacts (Contracting Officer and/or Contracting Officer Representative) with phone number and email address. 5. Demonstrate the company has adequate financial resources to perform this requirement; or the ability to obtain financial resources to perform this requirement. ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:30 PM CDT ON TUESDAY 11 NOV 2022. The Government will NOT provide a debrief on the results of the sources sought. All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended.
