This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers IAW CLIN structure outlined in announcement. A quote template sheet has been provided. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 and DFARS DPN 20190531. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 562910 and Size Standard of $20.5 million dollars apply to this procurement. Project Title: Asbestos Removal, Building 1579 1. Quotes should conform to the CLIN structure as established in the RFQ Template, Attachment 4. 2. Quotes shall be valid through 9/30/2019. 3. Please see attached documents for detailed description of requirements. 4. There will be a site visit held on 5 August 2019, at 1:00PM PST. All attendees are required to meet at the visitor's center at Vandenberg AFB. For base access, all attendees must have their driver's license in accordance with the Real ID Act. All questions can be directed to the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer. 5. All questions or comments must be provided to the Contract Specialist (CS) in writing via email NLT 2 August 2019. Answers will be posted on or about 12 August 2019. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. 6. Quotes must be sent to Contract Specialist, Johnny G. Barreto, johnny.barreto@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, Jonathan Schneider, jonathan.schneider.4@us.af.mil no later than 16 August 2019, 12:00PM. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with the CLIN structure reflected in RFQ template.
