Public Accountant Contract Audits (PACA) Installation Audits (USAFE region)
AFSVC seeks an audit firm for a five-year contract structured as a base year plus four option years to conduct comprehensive audits of Nonappropriated Fund installations’ financial statements, transactions, internal controls, and performance. Initial base-year task orders will require dual-year financial statement audits covering two designated historical fiscal years, while performance audits will be conducted as needed based on annual risk assessments with scope defined in individual task orders. The work supports AFSVC/VFSF oversight of Central Funds and the Public Accountant Contract Audit Program, helping ensure compliance with annual NAFI financial statement audit requirements and adequate Air Force-wide audit coverage for NAF Services activities. AFSVC is headquartered at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, and the audit mission supports NAF installations worldwide.
