The Air Force Entertainment (AFE) LIVE STAGE program requires a production company to support concerts at six Air Force installations from July 13, 2026, through September 30, 2026. The contractor will provide all technical equipment, personnel, and transportation listed in the Statement of Work to augment AFE assets for artist performances. Specific performance locations and dates for the concert series are listed as Fairchild AFB, WA; Malmstrom AFB, MT; Buckley SFB, CO; Ellsworth AFB, SD; JB MDL, NJ; and Dover AFB, DE. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price award based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. The contractor must advance all artists, identify production requirements, and coordinate with the AFE Technical Director to validate equipment interfacing.
