This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with an assigned solicitation number of F41999-24-Q-0121 The items listed in the statement of work are to be installed in a dining facility currently under construction and the winning bidder shall coordinate delivery and installation with a general contractor. The Federal Acquisition Regulations clauses and provisions do not apply to nonappropriated fund purchases. This solicitation and subsequest award are in accordance with the Nonappropriated Fund Standard Clauses. No set-aside will be used for this solicitation. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Incomplete bids will not be accepted. A quote shall be prepared "as all or none" in accordance with the included statement of work and Equipment Price List Bid Form, which includes all item numbers, quantities, and descriptions as requested in the RFQ documents. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS AND BELOW BREAKOUT OF YOUR BID WILL DISQUALIFY YOU FROM AWARD.
