The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources relative to NAICS code 238190 - Other Foundation, Structyre, and Building Exterior Contractors and PSC W054 - Lease or Rental of Equipment o Prefabricated Sutructres adn Scaffolding. Responses to this sources sought synopsis will be used by the Govenrment to make appropriate acquisition descisions. Travis AFB is in need of storage space, office space, and training space for a new mission. Space required is approximately 6,000 square feet and will be located in the area designated in the attached document. Requesting modular structure to meet the user’s requirements. All work shall comply with specifications. Any work not specifically covered by the specifications shall comply with current governing UFC, IBC codes and industry standards. Contractor shall verify field conditions, dimensions, and material quantities prior to submittal of proposal. Contractor shall provide submittals for all materials prior to installation of new work, including accessory items. All work must comply with environmental laws and regulations, including abatement of any hazardous materials. In addition, the Government is requesting for a rough order magnitude (ROM) pricing information (for budgetary purposes only) for the installation and rental for 2 years with a 3 additional 1-year options and the other option of purchasing the modular structure outright.
