SAI Support Center - AFAS Telephonic Support – In accordance with PWS para 1.21 and 1.2.2 To include the following services: a. 1st Level Telephonic Support - Direct AFAS site to SAI support line contact b. 2nd Level Support Referral to HQ AFFSA (AFAS POC) when CSR issue requires Air Force specific knowledge (i.e., AF Domain, LAN, non-standard hardware, etc.) c. Customer Support Request (CSR) reports provided to HQ AFFSA (AFAS POC) monthly d.
