The contractor will deinstall, pack, label, and store all existing console positions in the 552 LSS MOC, then reinstall them into new Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) furniture. The work includes reconnecting all consoles to Unify OpenScape host servers, performing necessary software updates, and testing all positions to ensure full operational capability. The contractor must document any configuration or system changes made throughout the process. The performance location is the 552 LSS MOC. The contractor must also hold appropriate security clearances for flightline access and possess technical certifications for Unify Open Xpert, OpenScape Voice, and Xpert Dispatch products.
