The contractor shall provide an interactive, two-day course that will teach key Outward Mindset concepts led by two master facilitators to a large audience of 552 ACW leaders. Twelve hours of workshop sessions will be split between two days, delivered 13-14 September 2022 to an audience of approximately 150 at Tinker Air Force Base Events Center. The training will also provide practical application tools to enable listeners to begin implementing Outward Mindset leadership as soon as the training concludes. Each attendee will receive a Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset (DIOM) participant packet, which will include a Participant Handbook, Sustainment Video Study Guide, and two books: Leadership and Self-Deception and The Outward Mindset.
