This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirements listed within this solicitation are solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS. Both performance and delivery are to be outside the United Stated and its outlying areas so no small business set-asides will be consider for the acquisition of the items listed within this solicitation. These solicitation documents, clauses and provisions incorporated by full text or by reference are those in effect Requirement: This statement of objectives (SOO) defines the requirements for the contractor to Engineer, Design, Furnish, Install, and Test (EDFI&T) two new Giant Voice (GV) poles for an expanded Giant Voice system at Ramstein AB, Germany. There is currently an existing GV system (with eighteen ATI GV poles) in place to provide the emergency intelligible voice and pre-recorded tone alert notifications for the entire Ramstein populace, however two areas are lacking in coverage, i.e., Cold Storage and CTS (Construction Training Squadron). The expanded GV coverage areas shall provide sufficient, intelligible live voice and tone messages for the Ramstein AB populace in those areas. Please review the attached documents for more details
