This SOW requires a contractor to engineer, furnish, install, and test new 12-strand single-mode fiber optic cable connecting RAPCON, ATCT, Base Ops, Command Post, Localizer, Glide Slope, TACAN, GATR, and additional Glide Slope/Localizer sites, as well as Base Ops to FMQ-19s. Work will be performed at Luke AFB, AZ, using new and existing manhole/handhole duct systems, with some portions of the cable route direct-buried. The contractor must provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and incidentals, with no government-furnished equipment, supplies, or materials. All equipment, supplies, and materials must be new, not refurbished, and must be rust-proof and corrosion-resistant due to the environment.
