The contractor shall perform preventative maintenance on all UPS devices listed as per the original manufacturer’s recommended PM schedule. Preventative maintenance shall include all actions necessary to maintain UPS devices in operational order, including checking the entire device for normal wear and tear, replacing any consumables (but excluding batteries), performing any remedial repairs required, and providing OEM firmware updates as released by the OEM. Preventative maintenance shall include all parts, labor, other items as required and expenses.
