We already have a system in place and will not accept substitutions. This contract isn’t to replace or install cameras, it is to do routine maintenance on an existing system. Sometimes that may include the replacing of a camera, but that is all in the PWS. Please see attached Combination Synopsis/Solicitation and PWS.
