Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Telephone System Modernization requires the Contractor to evaluate the current TAFB Telephone system in order to design, engineer, and develop implementation plan. The plan must minimize scheduled downtime to TAFB voice services. The engineered solution must use Cisco products to meet the requirement. Please see attached SOO and spreadsheet for a list of materials and potential labor categories. This is a brand name purchase. All quote pricing must contain materials and proposed solution to include the labor categories to meet the objective needed for performance in accordance with the attached SOO. IAW FAR Clause 52.232-18 Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
