Please find the updated attached combination synopsis/solicitation. Q&A 1) What is the past award contract number? FA810117P0099 2) Is there an incumbent in place? Susanna Brieschke 3) Is there a volunteer doing the services at the chapel in the meantime? contract still active 4) What music instruments are available for use at the chapel? We currently have a piano, guitars, an electric drum set and an organ as instruments. We also have a volunteer who brings his violin.. 5) Are there music sheets available for use at the chapel? We do have music sheets available at the chapel and have the ability to purchase music sheets as needed. Who will fund for the CCLI certification of the music sheets? The CCLI has to be paid from the appropriated fund per our AFI 6) What is the size of the choir? We need help in rebuilding our choir. We currently have a small ensemble which has led our music for the past +18 months. Before COVID, our choir had 8-10 members. 7) What is the schedule of the worship services and the rehearsal? We have Catholic Mass 5 times each week. Our music program supports 2 of those services, the Saturday Mass at 1700 and Sunday Catholic Mass at 0900. The contractor shall provide Catholic Choir Director Services for the Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) Chapel in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Note: Emailed proposals only - *The Contractor shall provide evidence of three years of experience and comprehensive knowledge in choir and leadership. *The Contractor must furnish a resume including verifiable academic, work related references, and two years’ experience working in a Choir Director position in a Military Chapel setting. The Contractor must provide evidence of appropriate professional competence by means of academic certification (a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree is preferable). Documented evidence of thefollowing is acceptable: three years’ experience and comprehensive knowledge in choir and leadership.
