This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This soliciation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-0127. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIOA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award one firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of material listed in the Statement of Work attachment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 18 August 2021 This solicitation was amended 18 August 2021 to include a revised Statement of Work. Please refer to 'Attachment 2 - SOW HazSim REVISED 18 Aug.' Changes were made to Section 4.1. Due to these changes, the RFQ has been extended to 20 August 2021, 2:00pm CST.
