NOTICE: This is NOT a synopsis or solicitation and no contracts will result from this notice. This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine potential sources and requirement specific information. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOps (https://www.fbo.gov/) website for further information. The information requested by this Sources Sought will be used within the Air Force (AF) to facilitate decision-making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Information will be utilized to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. Interested parties choosing to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) are cautioned that this RFI is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The AF will not be obligated to pursue any particular acquisition alternative as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. Responses to the Sources Sought Notice will not be returned. Not responding to this Sources Sought Notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if one is issued. However, interested parties are highly encouraged to respond to this notice if capable. The 52nd Contracting Squadron (52 CONS) is conducting market research to determine interest in a firm-fixed type contract for Patient Liaison Services in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement to be performed at Spangdahlem Air Base Germany and Host Nation Facilities within the determined range. The anticipated period of performance, assuming a contract is issued, in on/about 06 Sep 2019 for one year with one option year. Additionally, there is currently no timeframe for potential RFQ release. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621999 Spangdahlem AB has been providing Patient Liaison Officers Services to their beneficiaries via different contracted companies since 2006. Over the course of the years, the requirement has changed. Those changes are currently reflected in the attached PWS. We are seeking information on capabilities and qualifications for Patient Liaison Services corresponding to the PWS. Information shall encompass the following (please limit submission to 10 pages or less): 1. Company Information: •1. Name, •2. address, •3. telephone number, •4. point of contact names, •5. e-mail addresses, and •6. CAGE code 2. Recommendations for use of an alternative NAICS code. 3. Suggestions for alternate approaches to providing and accomplishing the requested service. 4.
