Please feel free to use the spreadsheet, it is fillable. -The purpose of this requirement is to acquire Snap-On tools that fit the snap-on tool kit to include shipping services to 361 TRS/AFE Sheppard AFB, Tx. -Snap-On tools are intended for use on the Flight Line. This is a brand name requirement. All questions are due by 3 September and all quotes are due 9 September.
