The purpose of this synopsis is to publicize the forthcoming acquisition for Occupied and Unoccupied Dormitory Cleaning Services. This acquisition is to provide non-personal services, to include all management, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to operate the Occupied and Unoccupied Dormitory Cleaning Office in support of Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB), Texas and the Euro-North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Joint Jet Pilot Training Program (ENJJPT) Allied student residents as set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the current AFI 32-6000, Housing Management. The 82nd Contracting Squadron anticipates issuing a competitive solicitation for a firm fixed-price contract 100% set-aside for small business. The purchase request number is F3V3E41292AW01. The projected performance period is a base year and four (1) year option periods from 01 October 2022 to 30 September 2027. The current Occupied and Unoccupied Dormitory Cleaning Services contract is due to expire 30 September 2021. In accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502-2, this potential acquisition is 100% set-aside for a Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720, Janitorial Services.
