In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY20-F3UUPS0161AW02 – PSAB Containerized SCIF, is being issued as a Combined Synopis (Combo). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07. The combined synopsis is for the purchase of a Containerized/Modular SCIF for use at Prince Sultan Air Base. Failure to quote on all items may render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration. Contractors will be responsible for delivery, installation, manpower, and all of the necessary tools required to complete installation of the proposed SCIF on the Prince Sultan Air Base. Contractors may utilize a different CLIN structure than the one annotated below. ***Note an amendment was made on 31 July 2020, updating the facility design. The delivery information was also changed, Contractors are required for 100% of the delivery and installation to the US Governments location on PSAB, SAU. Additionally, the NAICS was changed from 423210 to 332311.***
