Onsite Support 10 hours a day for 5 days a week (8AM - 6PM EDT) 3. Annual Preventative Maintenance Check-up performed by Field Service Engineer Replace worn module ejectors Lubricate moving parts Replace fan filters Brush clean module optics Replace automation batteries (if necessary) Xpert Check 4. Includes Parts, Labor & Travel 5. Software Upgrades 6. 98% Uptime Guarantee Equipment is in-place at 4 Medical Group at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. No other equipment will be accepted. Must be certified by GeneXpert manufacture (Cepheid US) to work on the GeneXpert Analyzer. Need not inquire or reply if company cannot meet all requirements above.
