This computer (HPX-1 tower upgrade) can only be provided by Carestream Health due to the proprietary nature of the software. No other brand can operate the HPX-1, for this reason the only available option is to utilize Carestream Health or one of their authorized distributors for upgrades/repairs, or replace the entire scanner.
