The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision to include all consumable items, transportation and other items and services necessary to provide and install the following: One (1) VSC Site Commander (Win10), five (5) 360-degree Motion Sensors, and one (1) new Vindicator Command and Control/Security Archive Workstations (VCC/SAW) to allow for system status and report generation as wells as, interface into the base’s Vindicator System to allow alarm point viewing at the BDOC. The Contractor will also provide a firmware upgrade for government furnished V5ACS to convert it to a V5IDS. Contractor is responsible for the relocation of this unit from room 3108. Also, contractor to furnish and install one (1) new 3000W UPS in Rm 3303 equipment rack. In addition, delivery of equipment and start of contract will no later than 90 days after contract award. Once installation is completed, the contractor shall provide training on newly updated system. The contractor shall provide a certified technician on-site (HQ CCC bldg. 1700) within 48 hours from a call requesting warranty support.
