The United States Air Force, 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott Air Force Base, IL is seeking sources to provide Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Laboratory Tests. Scott Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the availability of businesses capable of performing weekly WWTP laboratory tests and quarterly sludge analysis laboratory tests on samples collected from two digesters located at the WWTP on Scott Air Force Base. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380; Testing Labroratories, Product Service Code (PSC) H946; Other QC/Test/Inspect - Water Purification and Sewage Treatment Equipment and the business size is $15 Million. Anticipated Period of Performance: 01 Oct 2019 - 30 Sept 2024. Description of Service See attached draft Statement of Work. Qualifications • · Vendor shall have the experience and capability to perform Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Laboratory Tests. • · Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). • · If your SAM does not have NAICS 541380 associated, it is suggested you add NAICS Code 541380 to "Reps & Certs" in SAM Contract Type 375th Contracting Squadron is anticipating a firm fixed price contract with a one year base performance period and four option years.
