Delivery is required 180 days after receipt of order to Nellis AFB, NV. Evaluation will use the lowest-priced technically acceptable (LPTA) method, and award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest total evaluated price that is fair and reasonable and receives an "Acceptable" technical rating. Quotes must conform to the solicitation requirements, and the government reserves the right to award without discussions or to make no award.
