The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, and equipment as necessary to provide quantity of 460 each new -made-to-order- (MTO) -C-5 Bumper Assemblies-(PN 533599) --unit undrilled (no holes). The assembly units (total of 920 pieces) shall include 460 each hollow Extruded D-Shape Rubber Bumper Strips made with ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) type rubber material and 460 each of the associated Backing Strips made with aluminum (AL) 6061-T6 material. Also, the Contractor shall provide one (1) each prototype (sample) assembly upon request which shall be 2 pieces and the production units shall equal 918 pieces. These items are required as replacements for the current C-5 Yulista wing stand bumpers (bldg. 125) in support of the 402 Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
