Provide the Hexagon Absolute Arm System Upgrades which shall include two (2) new “configured-to-order” system packages. “Package #1”—quantity one (1) each “Hexagon Absolute Arm – Version 2 Protected (V2P), 8525, 7-Axis” (PN: H00030976) and “Package #2”— quantity one (1) each “Hexagon Absolute Arm - V2P, 8540, 7-Axis” (PN: H00030979). Each system package shall include the necessary computer opt-out fee/software and support/service(s)—includes classroom training (2 ea.), any other applicable options/accessories, hardware installation, MyCare Premium 1st year with technical support (from remote to onsite services) and twelve (12)-month warranty for each system and associated components. Also, the Package #1 (8525 only) arm system shall include a selection of associated option/accessories to include one (1) each: Leap Frog Kit, Probe Kit - short body (aluminum), Probe Kit - long body (carbon fiber), and two (2) each MyCare Premium Apps support. In addition, the Contractor shall provide the following compatible add-ons with each system: calibration certificate, IUID tags, any applicable marking/labeling, and package freight delivery (FOB Destination).
